This free download is labelled Gold Grid Strategy EA, but the binaries inside are Quantum Queen, one of the best known gold robots on the MQL5 Market. The engine is by Bogdan Ion Puscasu (Quantum Trading EAs). MQL5 retired the original Quantum Queen listing in July 2026 and relisted the same core engine as Quantum Queen X, which is what the V4.1 file in this package matches.
Quantum Queen trades gold and nothing else. It reads a trend on XAUUSD, opens in that direction, then adds a bounded basket of same size orders and closes the group at a combined profit target. The current Quantum Queen X build exposes 12 built-in strategies and several broker presets, so one licence can run anything from a conservative single strategy to a busier multi strategy mix.
The reason people take it seriously is the live record. The public MQL5 signal has run since April 2024 with a win rate around 77 percent and a profit factor near 3.2, and the product holds a near perfect rating across hundreds of buyer reviews. The reason to stay cautious is how those numbers are produced: a grid with no hard stop on the basket.
Package note. The archive shared under the Gold Grid Strategy name contains Quantum Queen binaries (V2.1, V3.52, V3.70 and Quantum Queen X V4.1), not an independent product. A cracked copy will not receive the author updates or setfiles that this grid depends on, so treat it as a reference build and test the official MQL5 version before risking money.

How the gold grid works
Quantum Queen opens its first order in the direction it reads as the prevailing trend on gold, then adds more orders at set distances if price moves against the basket, holding the group until a combined virtual take profit is hit. Every add is the same lot size, so this is grid trading rather than martingale, and basket depth is capped rather than open ended. That limits the damage a single bad cycle can do, but it does not remove it.
The 12 strategies and presets
Custom mode in Quantum Queen X lets you enable or disable individual strategies and pick a broker preset, so the same licence can be tuned from calm to aggressive. In practice most users run one of the shipped presets. Fewer active strategies means fewer, cleaner trades; more means a busier account and deeper baskets.
No hard stop on the basket
Exits are handled by a virtual basket take profit and a break even routine, not by a stop loss on each order. The one hard safety valve you control is the optional equity drawdown cutoff, which flattens everything if losses pass a limit you set. It ships switched off in many setfiles, so turning it on is the single most important change a cautious user can make.

Live figures come from the developer's verified MQL5 signal on an IC Markets account, running since April 2024 (win rate around 77 percent, profit factor near 3.2). The 5.0/5 rating is for the current Quantum Queen X listing across roughly 50 reviews; the original Quantum Queen carried about 4.98/5 from several hundred reviews before it was delisted. Reported growth of several hundred to over a thousand percent is inflated by frequent deposits and withdrawals and varies by source, so it is not a clean return figure.

Quantum Queen is one of the more credible gold grids on the MQL5 Market: a long verified live record, a large and positive review base, and a risk model that grids without martingale. As a piece of engineering it is a cut above most catalogue robots.
The catch is structural. It makes its money by floating an unprotected basket, so the same design that produces a 77 percent win rate is what can margin call a thin account in one bad run. Run the official version with the drawdown cutoff on, size conservatively, and judge it on your own forward test rather than a growth curve that frequent withdrawals have polished.
