How the EA trades
The Dead Zone Scalper looks for short moves in the direction it treats as the current trend and takes quick trades aiming for small, frequent wins. It uses standard indicators such as moving averages and price structure instead of any disclosed proprietary method, so it behaves like many other scalpers on M1 to M15.
Each trade can include stop loss and take profit. Choose a fixed lot or let the EA scale position size automatically using the money management inputs in the set file.
Recovery modes and risk
The EA can hedge, and when enabled, add grid-style orders or increase size after losses in a martingale-like way. These tools can smooth short-term equity but increase drawdown risk if a trend runs against the EA.
If you test the EA, start with hedging, grid and martingale disabled. Record the worst drawdown and trade behaviour on demo before changing any recovery parameters.
