Eclipse Trading EA is a fully automated MT4 expert advisor built around a price-action scalping approach. It targets gold (XAUUSD) and major forex pairs, and supports up to 28 pairs. It watches short-term price patterns on M1 or M5, opens both long and short positions, then manages exits with an internal stop-loss and an aggressive pip-by-pip trailing stop.
Key control points are a spread filter that blocks entries in wide conditions and an optional equity-based sizing mode. The EA does not use martingale or grid. It is intended to run continuously 24/5 on a stable terminal or VPS.

How the EA manages trades
Eclipse Trading EA enters on short-term price action signals and manages exits internally. Instead of placing a visible stop loss on the broker server, the EA records and moves the real stop inside the program. Once a trade reaches the TralStart distance in profit the EA begins trailing the stop one pip at a time to lock gains.
A spread filter prevents entries when spreads are wider than the selected threshold. You can choose fixed lot sizing or let the EA size positions from a risk percentage of equity.
What to expect in use
This is a tight scalper so execution quality matters. Backtests on clean data often show a high win rate, but real spreads, slippage and execution delays will affect live trading. In our sample backtest the EA traded modestly, so expect selective signals rather than a high-frequency barrage.
Because the real stop is internal, connection stability matters. If the platform or VPS drops while trades are open those positions lack broker-side stop protection until the EA reconnects.
