FX Hunter v9G is an automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4 that opens an initial market trade from an internal indicator, then adds same-direction orders into a basket using grid-style spacing and rising lot sizes. The basket closes when a shared take-profit level is reached.
The EA combines grid geometry with a martingale-style multiplier and optional hedging tactics to try to recover losing baskets. That design can produce profitable runs on range-bound pairs but also exposes the account to large drawdowns when a persistent trend develops. Test on demo and size capital conservatively.

How the EA manages trades
An initial signal from built-in indicators opens the first market order. If price moves against that order, the EA adds further orders in the same direction at predefined grid levels and with increasing lot sizes, creating a basket whose combined position is closed when the basket hits its take-profit.
The EA may use Buy-Stop or Sell-Stop orders to place levels across gaps. This is not a scalping approach; positions are held and averaged with the expectation that a reversion will let the basket close in profit.
What the risk profile looks like
The combination of grid spacing and martingale multipliers can recover many losing runs but carries a strong tail risk: a sustained trending move that does not retrace can build exposure until margin is exhausted.
Because the recommended minimum capital is high, plan position sizing and consider the worst-case drawdown during demo runs before moving to live funds. A stable VPS is recommended so the basket logic runs without interruptions.

安裝設定
- Download the FX Hunter v9G EA package and unzip it to a folder you can find again
- Copy the EA file into MQL4/Experts inside your MT4 data folder, and keep the PDF guide somewhere handy
- Restart MetaTrader 4 so the EA appears in the Navigator and enable AutoTrading
- Attach the EA to an M15 chart of a recommended pair (or M5 if you prefer), start with the Safe preset and martingale at the default setting
