4X Wave Indicator System

The 4X Wave Indicator System is a manual trading toolkit for MetaTrader 4: trend detection, entry and exit signals drawn straight onto the chart, and a Risk Calculator EA for position sizing.

Signals appear on the chart itself, and alerts travel three ways: MT4 push notification, email, and phone. You get a new signal even when you are away from the screen.

Risk Calculator EA

The Risk Calculator EA works out your risk percentage and lot size inside the MetaTrader terminal, so you do not count pips to your stop loss and then switch to a separate tool to do the arithmetic.

How you use it

Enter the risk percentage or ratio you want, then press "Buy Calc" or "Sell Calc". The risk appears on the chart in both currency and lot terms. It takes immediate market orders and pending orders alike.

The inputs

• Cash risk: enter the exact amount you want to risk, in any currency.
• Percentage risk: set a fixed risk percentage per trade.
• One-click execution: confirm the calculated risk and lot size, then place the trade.
• Pending orders: pre-calculate and stage the risk for a trade that has not triggered yet.
• One-click management: partial close, move the stop to break-even, and other close options.

4X Wave is a manual trading system. The indicator generates signals, but the decision to enter, where the stop loss and take profit go, and how much to risk are all yours.

Concretely: you need to understand risk and reward and use support and resistance zones to frame your entries and exits. You can take the signals as they come, or add your own chart analysis to filter some of them out. Traders at any level can use it, but practise on an MT4 demo account until your trading is steady before moving to a real account.

Compatibility: MetaTrader 4, Build 1421 or later. The system consists of the indicator and a set of ready-made templates.
