Mastermind Grid Trading EA is a grid-style expert advisor that combines up to four selectable entry signals with a layered grid recovery system and an adjustable lot multiplier. The package includes time management options, a news filter, Friday exit logic, and notification features to give you control over when and how the EA runs.
The EA is configurable. You can enable long-only or short-only modes, run a proportional AutoMM money manager with a cap, and define distances, delays and limits for additional and recovery trades. It is designed primarily for GBPUSD on M15 and comes with set files for NZDCAD, AUDCAD and EURJPY.
Grid and martingale risk. The EA uses a grid with a lot-size multiplier (martingale behaviour) and a second recovery line option. Start on demo, keep AutoMM caps and conservative MaxAddTrades, and do not run martingale-like settings on small live accounts.

How the EA manages entries and recovery
The EA opens an initial trade from one of up to four selectable signals. If price moves against that trade it layers additional orders as a grid and can increase lot sizes using the K_Mart multiplier. Profit is normally taken at the basket level rather than per trade.
A second, more distant recovery line can open in deep drawdown. Many inputs let you set distances, delays and maximum additional trades. You can also restrict trading hours and exit positions before Friday close.
Controls and recommended safety settings
Use AutoMM to size the initial lot relative to account equity and keep AutoMM_Max low until you understand the EA behaviour. Keep MaxAddTrades conservative, enable the news filter and Friday exit, and run with spread limits to avoid poor execution widening the grid.
Treat the second recovery line and high K_Mart values as aggressive options. They increase tail risk even when results look stable during calm periods.
Who this suits and who should avoid it
This tool suits traders who understand grid mechanics and want configurable recovery options with time and news filters. It fits traders who can keep a larger live balance or who want to experiment on a cent account.

安裝設定
- Download and unzip the Mastermind Grid Trading EA package and copy Expert files into MQL4/Experts or MQL5/Experts depending on your platform.
- Copy the provided .set files into MQL4/Profiles/Presets or MQL5/Profiles/Presets so you can load them from the EA inputs.
- Restart MetaTrader so the EA and set files appear, then attach the EA to a GBPUSD M15 chart and load a conservative set such as mastermind-conservative.set.
- Enable AutoTrading and set AutoMM and AutoMM_Max conservatively. Keep MaxAddTrades low and K_Mart at 1.0 during initial demo tests.
- Run the EA on demo for at least one to two weeks, observe a full grid recovery cycle, log maximum drawdown and how many additional and recovery trades were used.
