Breakout Scalping Robot is an MT4 expert advisor that looks for breakouts from recent relative highs and lows and enters with pending stop orders. Each position uses a fixed stop loss and take profit, and exits are managed by a configurable three-stage trailing stop to lock in gains.
The EA runs one position at a time. It typically places about one to three trades per day depending on market conditions, and can remain flat for several days when no clear breakout appears. It supports fixed-lot or automatic risk-based sizing and offers inputs such as a time filter and a daily drawdown cutoff.
Very cost sensitive. Because average profit per trade is small, use a low-spread, low-commission account and a low-latency VPS. Always run the EA on demo first for at least a week to confirm execution and spread behaviour.

How the breakout logic works
The EA scans for relative highs and lows on the timeframe you choose. A sensitivity input, BarsN, controls how many bars define a swing point. Lower values mark more swings; higher values mark fewer.
Around each identified level the EA places a pending stop order offset by an order buffer. When price breaks the level and the stop fills, the trade runs with the fixed stop loss and take profit you set.
- Entries use stop orders to seek fast fills on breakouts.
- A three-part trailing stop activates after a set profit, trails at a fixed distance, and only moves when the improvement exceeds a step value.
- You can restrict trading hours with the Time Filter and enable a daily drawdown monitor to close all EA trades if a percentage threshold is reached.
Risk controls and trade sizing
The EA does not use martingale or grid and opens only one position at a time. Lot sizing can be fixed or calculated from a risk percentage of balance.
Because typical profit per trade is small, trading costs and slippage materially affect results. Use the drawdown monitor and start with conservative risk settings while you assess real fills on your chosen broker.
What to weigh before you run it
This EA is sensitive to spread, commission and execution speed. A low-spread ECN or raw account and a VPS close to your broker reduce the risk that costs erase the small per-trade edge.
A few primary inputs control how often the EA trades. Forward-test on demo for several days to a few weeks before using live funds.

設定方法
- Unzip the package and copy the Breakout Scalping Robot expert file into MQL4/Experts. Place any PDFs where you can read them.
- Restart MetaTrader 4 so the EA appears in the Navigator.
- Open a chart for EURUSD or USDJPY, attach the EA, set the Timeframe input as desired, and start with default inputs.
- Enable AutoTrading in MT4 and run the EA on a demo account for at least one week to check fills, spreads and behaviour.
