Picking a risk preset
Default, High, Medium and Low run the same underlying engine with different preset risk parameters. High uses larger lot sizes and a more aggressive recovery pattern. Medium sits between High and Low. Low cuts back both size and aggression. None of the four removes the martingale logic; they only change how strongly it runs.
What the smart martingale means in practice
Smart martingale usually means the EA adds to losing positions only when internal filters allow it, not on every tick. That can smooth drawdowns temporarily, but adding to losers still requires the market to reverse before margin is exhausted.
Gold moves sharply around dollar and interest rate news, which are the times averaging strategies are most vulnerable. Treat any smooth demo curve as provisional and test behavior through news events with your broker.

設定方法
- Download and unzip the file. The top-level folder is named GOLD MINING
- Copy the expert files (Default, High, Medium, Low) into MQL4/Experts and the provided set file into MQL4/Presets or follow the PDF guide
- Restart MetaTrader 4 so the EAs appear in the Navigator
- Attach the Low build to an XAUUSD M15 chart first, enable AutoTrading and start with very small lot sizes
- Run on a demo account for several weeks, record the worst drawdown and how the martingale steps trigger around news events
