Market Reversal EA is an automated MT4 expert advisor that trades EURUSD reversals. It watches for price pushed into overbought or oversold zones and opens trades using one of 16 selectable presets. An on-chart control panel lets you adjust colours and panel size.
Winning trades are managed with a trailing stop, 22 points by default. Losing trades close on a stop loss, or an optional recovery routine takes over and opens one or two averaging orders at larger lot sizes to pull the average entry price back toward break-even. Risk controls include a Max DD percent input, a trading time window and a Trade on Friday switch.
Risk and recovery mode. The optional recovery adds averaging orders at larger lots. The first add typically uses a multiplier of 2. That's martingale-style behaviour and it can cause large drawdowns. Keep recovery off on small accounts and test on demo first.

How the EA trades
The core idea is mean reversion on EURUSD. The EA watches for price moving into overbought or oversold readings and opens a position when a chosen preset fires. Each of the 16 presets changes entry filters so you can adapt behaviour to a broker or market condition.
By default winners use a trailing stop. The EA can also use a take profit or a fixed stop loss. For losing positions the recovery routine can add one or two averaging orders at larger lot sizes to alter the average entry price.
Where the risk concentrates
The main risk is the recovery averaging. Increasing lot sizes after a loss can pull the break-even point closer, but during a prolonged trend that behaviour can expand drawdown quickly. Inputs let you change multipliers and conditions, yet the underlying exposure remains.
Use the Max DD percent and the trading time window to limit exposure. Also check spread filters and slippage settings so execution matches your demo tests.
