Mesh Forex Trading Advisor

An MT4 scalper that opens many small trades and averages into losers instead of using a stop loss on each one. Test on demo first. The structure carries real risk.

Expert AdvisorMT4ScalperAveraging / Grid-styleSet file included

Mesh Forex Trading Advisor is a free MT4 expert advisor. The download includes the EA, a set file named Mesh_EA_Universal__M5.set, and a PDF install guide. It is a high-frequency scalper that targets very small price moves, sizes lots automatically, and averages into losing positions.

The EA opens many small trades and adds orders when price moves against an open position, to bring the average entry price down. It can take a large number of trades per day, with a small target on each one. The risk model matters here. The EA does not place a stop loss on each trade, and relies on averaging instead, which behaves like martingale or grid methods.

The EA averages into losing trades and does not place a protective stop on each order. Keep it off real money until you have run it on demo for a long stretch and have a clear plan for when to stop trading based on account equity.

How the EA trades

The EA targets very small price moves and opens many orders, usually on the M5 chart. When price moves against an open position, it adds orders at set distances to pull down the average entry price, then closes the whole group once it reaches a small net profit.

Lot size is calculated automatically from the EA's input settings. There is no stop loss on individual trades. The real risk sits in the open, averaged position as a whole.

What to expect in practice

On demo, you may see a steady stream of small closed wins while floating risk builds up in the open orders behind them. That can be misleading. A sustained move in one direction can produce a large drawdown, or an account loss, once averaging can no longer recover the position.

Because the EA aims at very small targets, spread and execution speed matter more than usual. Use a low-spread ECN account, and run the EA 24/5 if you want the demo to resemble live conditions.

Who this suits and who should avoid it

This fits traders who understand grid or martingale-style risk and will monitor floating exposure closely, not just the closed-trade count. Experienced EA users who backtest and set aside a separate, smaller portion of capital for this kind of system tend to do better with it.

Skip it if you cannot accept a rare but large drawdown, or if you will not shut the EA down once price moves firmly against it.

Features

  • MT4 Expert Advisor with a provided M5 set file
  • Aims at very small per-trade targets, trading at high frequency
  • Calculates lot size automatically from the set file's default inputs
  • Averages into losing trades instead of placing a stop loss on each one
  • Comes with the Mesh_EA_Universal__M5.set file and a PDF install guide
  • Recommended for EURUSD and GBPUSD, though it can run on other pairs

Performance

Results are not independently verified; test on a demo account first. Run it on a demo account for at least a week and watch trade frequency, the deepest floating drawdown, and how it behaves during a strong trending move. Write down the worst floating exposure you see, so you can size any live capital and set a firm equity stop before going live.

Pros

  • Installs quickly with the included set file and PDF guide
  • Automatic lot calculation removes manual sizing errors
  • Targets very small moves, so it can generate many signals on M5
  • Free to download from AutoFXRebate and supported by our Telegram group for setup

Cons

  • No stop loss on individual trades; averaging into losers creates martingale or grid-style risk
  • Sensitive to spread and execution speed; needs an ECN account and a VPS for realistic testing
  • High trade frequency means floating drawdown needs close, regular monitoring

Setup

  1. Download the Mesh Forex Trading Advisor package from AutoFXRebate and unzip it
  2. Copy the EA file into MQL4/Experts, and put Mesh_EA_Universal__M5.set into MQL4/Files
  3. Restart MetaTrader 4 so the EA appears in the Navigator, then enable AutoTrading
  4. Attach the EA to an M5 chart, EURUSD or GBPUSD for the first test, and load Mesh_EA_Universal__M5.set to restore the provided inputs
  5. Run it on a demo account for at least a week; log the trade count, closed results, and the deepest floating drawdown you see
  6. Before going live, choose a low-spread ECN account, run the EA on a reliable VPS, open the live account through AutoFXRebate to earn backcom on every lot, and set a hard equity stop for the capital allocated to this EA

Verdict

Mesh Forex Trading Advisor is a high-frequency MT4 scalper that averages into losing trades instead of using a stop loss on each one. That can produce a long run of small closed wins while real risk builds up in open positions.

If you want to try it, run it on demo for a long stretch with the M5 set file, note the worst floating drawdown you see, and only move to live trading with a separate capital allocation and a strict equity stop. The download is free at AutoFXRebate, and our Telegram support can help with installing or running the set file.
