Martingale Expert Advisor MT4

A free MT4 robot that runs a martingale money-management engine with adjustable lot size, grid gap and profit targets, plus a news filter. It comes as a single file.

Expert AdvisorMT4MartingaleNews filterFree download

Martingale Expert Advisor MT4 is a single-file EA for MetaTrader 4. It trades automatically and uses a martingale money-management system, raising the next position size after a loss to aim for recovery plus a target profit. Lot size, grid gap and profit targets are each adjustable.

A news filter pauses trading around high-impact releases, and several risk inputs let you tone down how aggressive the sequence gets. AutoFXRebate hosts the free download along with a PDF install guide and Telegram support.

High-risk strategy. Martingale sizing raises exposure after every loss. Test on demo first and cap the number of steps; accounts with little capital should avoid it.

How the EA operates

The EA runs on MT4 and handles entries and exits through its martingale routine. After a loss, it raises the next stake so a win afterward can recover the prior losses plus a target profit.

Inputs control the initial lot, the multiplier, the grid gap between entries and the profit target, so you can dial the sequence up or down.

What the news filter and inputs do

A built-in news filter suspends trading around high-impact economic releases to avoid sudden volatility spikes. Keep the filter enabled while testing so demo results exclude those spikes.

Use the lot, step and max-steps inputs to limit how large positions can grow. Capping steps and setting an account-level stop are straightforward ways to control the main risk of a martingale engine.

Who should consider running it

This EA suits traders who understand martingale math and accept large potential drawdowns in exchange for the recovery approach. It will not suit an account that can't survive a long losing streak.

If you prefer tighter risk control or want to avoid geometric exposure growth, choose a non-martingale EA from the AutoFXRebate library.

Features

  • Fully automated MT4 expert advisor supplied as a single file
  • Martingale-based position sizing with adjustable multiplier and max steps
  • Configurable lot, grid gap and take-profit settings
  • News filter to pause trading around high-impact events
  • Runs on any pair; EURUSD and GBPUSD recommended
  • Includes PDF install guide and Telegram support via AutoFXRebate

Performance

This download doesn't come with a trading history attached. Run it on demo for several weeks, note the largest drawdown and the biggest lot size it reaches, and use those numbers to set the maximum martingale steps and your account risk before going live.

Pros

  • Free to download and quick to attach to an MT4 chart
  • Includes a news filter and adjustable risk-related inputs
  • Simple single-file install makes testing straightforward
  • AutoFXRebate provides a PDF guide and Telegram support

Cons

  • Core method is martingale, which can produce steep drawdowns if a trend persists
  • Results are not independently verified
  • Not suitable for small accounts unless martingale steps are severely limited
  • MT4 only

Setup

  1. Unzip the package and copy the expert advisor file into MQL4/Experts
  2. Restart MetaTrader 4 so the EA appears in the Navigator panel
  3. Attach the EA to an M5 or H1 chart, enable AutoTrading and start with conservative defaults (low initial lot, small max steps)
  4. Run on a demo account for at least one week and record the maximum lot size and deepest drawdown the EA reaches
  5. Keep the news filter enabled while testing and avoid running during major releases
  6. If moving to live, open an account through AutoFXRebate to receive backcom on every lot and only go live after demo drawdown fits your risk tolerance

Verdict

This EA suits traders who deliberately choose martingale as their approach and who fund the account enough to survive a long losing run. The news filter and adjustable inputs reduce some of the damage, but they don't remove the exposure martingale creates.

Start on demo with conservative settings and cap the martingale steps, then record the real drawdowns before risking capital. The package downloads free from AutoFXRebate with a PDF install guide; Telegram support is there if you need help with installation or tuning.

Risk disclaimer

Forex and CFD trading involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Indicators, EAs and trading tools do not guarantee profits. Always apply proper risk management. AutoFXRebate did not build these tools and does not endorse any result they claim; test on demo before risking money.
